ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE FOR ENGAGEMENT AS STANDING COUNSEL .

Government of Jammu and Kashmir Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Civil Secretariat, Jammu. The last date for filing the application forms relating to engagement of Standing Counsels advertised on 11.03.2020 is extend-ed till 15 April 2020
An advocate may make an application (in original) for engagement as a Standing Counsel (hereinafter called “the applicant”) as per Form-1 annexed herewith.

Mode of engagement
1). Experience
2) Period of Engagement:- Two years
3) Number of institutions in last two years of civil suits or defending civil suits.
4.) Professional achievement /awards/special attributes along with documentary proof.
5)  Qualification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

a) Remuneration:- Rs. 8000/- per month
b) Incidental expenses For filing of each written Statement. Rs 1000/-
c) Counsel fee Rs 2000/- per case
d) Suit dismissed in default Rs 1000/-percase.
e) Civil Appeal/Revision Rs 1500/-per case.
f) Contempt cases Rs 1500/- per case
