LATEST CIRCULAR RTO LADAKH

 All persons who have unregistered BS IV vehicle are directed to submit relevant documents to ARTO Leh/Kargil within ten days of issuance of this circular for registration of their Vehicles. The ARTOs will issue proper acknowledgment receipt after collecting the complete documents. 

As such it is requested to such persons to approach their respective 

ARTOs along with relevant documents for registration of BS IV vehicles.
